Getting Out the Vote

Former President Bill Clinton speaks on behalf of his wife Hillary Clinton at the Torrance Cultural Arts Center on Saturday. The Torrance rally was one of several over the weekend ahead of Tuesday’s primary election. State Treasurer John Chiang (below), a Torrance resident and gubernatorial candidate, introduced Clinton before a gathering of 350. The former president noted that Torrance has the highest percentage of Japanese Americans in Southern California.
