Nichi Bei Day with the A’s

OAKLAND — The seventh annual Nichi Bei Day with the Athletics will take place on Saturday, July 16, at the Oakland Alameda Coliseum, 7000 Coliseum Way in Oakland.

Game time is 1:05 p.m. Pre-game tailgate starts at 10:30 a.m. in Lot B.

Come see the Oakland A’s take on the Toronto Blue Jays in this fundraiser for the Nichi Bei Foundation, publishers of the San Francisco-based Nichi Bei Weekly, a nonprofit community newspaper.

Those who purchase tickets through the Nichi Bei Foundation receive a tailgate lunch featuring Nichi Bei Dogs and beverages, and the first 15,000 in the stadium will receive a free special-edition Hello Kitty bobblehead.

Field-level tickets are $50, which includes pre-game tailgate. From each ticket, $15 (tax-deductible amount) benefits the Nichi Bei Foundation.
