Woman Missing in San Mateo County
SAN MATEO — The San Mateo County Sheriff’s Office issued the following notice on Monday.

Katsuko Frank
On Sunday, Dec. 20, 2015, at approximately 7 p.m., 83-year-old Katsuko Frank was seen stepping off a charter bus in front of the Hayward Park Caltrain Station in the City of San Mateo. Ms. Frank, who lives in an unincorporated area of San Mateo County, never made it home. A family member reported her missing today at 10:45am.
Ms. Frank is about 4 feet, 8 inches tall and weighs about 140 pounds. She has short grey hair and brown eyes. According to the charter bus employee, she was last seen wearing a black hooded jacket with fuzzy brown lining and sleeve cuffs. A white shirt, dark brown pants, dark shoes, and carrying a large white handbag and a large black handbag.
Ms. Frank has a medical condition that requires medication. We are asking the public’s help in locating her. Please see the attached picture.
Anyone with information about Ms. Katsuko Frank is encouraged to call Sheriff’s Office or any other police department. Alternatively, you may also remain anonymous by calling the San Mateo County Sheriff’s Anonymous Tip Line at 1-800-547-2700.
UPDATE: The San Mateo County Sheriff’s Office posted the following message on Facebook on Tuesday afternoon: “Missing person has been found and is home safe. Thank you.”
